Beat the eggs and pour them into a skillet with a little oil.

Cook over low heat so it doesn't burn and cooks slowly. Add the flaked tuna and the pepper strips on top of the eggs.

Add the cheese slices. Keep cooking on low heat so the egg base doesn't burn and the cheese melts.

Finally, sprinkle with oregano.
