Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 1 tspbaking soda
  3. 1 tspcinnamon
  4. 3 tbspdark brown sugar
  5. pinchsalt
  6. 2large eggs (room temperature)
  7. 1/4 cupsoftened butter
  8. 2 cupsmashed ripe bananas
  9. chopped walnuts
  10. 1/2 cupraisins, soaked in red wine for about 30 min,
  11. sesame seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream the butter and sugar until pale yellow,

    Add slightly beaten eggs, banana and vanilla extract, mix will.

  3. 3

    Sift flour, baking soda and salt,

  4. 4

    Add dry mixture to wet mixture and gently mix, add chopped walnuts and raisins, do not overmix,

  5. 5

    Pour batter in a 9×4 inch greased loaf pan and bake for 45 to 50 minutes in 180℃ or until skewer come out clean,
