Take a bowl and mix all dry ingredients except choco chips/ Dry fruits

In Another bowl take ghee/ oil and warm milk and whisk it properly. Now add essence. Whisk it again.

Now add all mixed dry ingredients to wet ingredients bowl and whisk it properly.

Now add choco chips / dry fruits. Grease the tray and pour the batter into the tray. Steam it on full flame. For 30-40 min. Check it with toothpick.

For steaming just take very deep thick base pot add 2 glass of water on high flame and put stand it it.

Once the Brownie is down keep aside to get it cool. When it cool down drizzle Chocolate Sauce and cut it into pieces and serve.
