Steps

Grease the rolling board and rolling pin with ghee and keep it aside.

Heat the ghee in a pan on low flame. Add jaggery and allow it to melt.

Stir continuously till the jaggery caramelised. Check the consistency by adding drop of jaggery syrup in the bowl of cold water. It should form hard ball.

Switch off the gas and add sesame seeds and peanuts and mix well.

Immediately pour the mixture over the rolling board and roll it with rolling pin. Be quick otherwise mixture turn hard.

Cut it into pieces when it is warm. Let it cool down and store it in airtight container.
