Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbsground pork
  • 1/4 cupmaple syrup
  • 1 tablespoonmaca
  • 1 tablespooncinnamon
  • 1/4 tablespoonnutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoonground cloves (optional)
  • 1egg
  • 1/2 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients by hand until the moisture from the egg and maple syrup is absorbed. It will start out very wet then go sticky.

  2. 2

    Place in muffin tin, lined with papers or silicone molds

  3. 3

    Let cool before removing from tin
    Seriously, let them cool!
