Heat pan and roasted the peanuts 6-7 min.

Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan add onion, garlic clove, red chili whole 3-4 pieces, cumin seeds and salt and saute 7-8 min.

Take a mixer grinder and blend it all frying masala and roasted peanuts and make a smooth pest.

Heat remain oil in a tarka pan add mustard seeds, remain red chili whole, urad daal and curry leaves and fry it and mix it in the peanuts pest.

Ready to serve.
