Quick, easy , delicious healthy breakfast.

First cut bread pieces into squares.

Heat butter in a pan,add garlic cloves stir for few seconds, add Onion and spring onion, stir for a min on low to medium heat add all finely chopped vegetables saute well add salt and cook covered for few minutes until soft.

Add pav bhaji masala mix well, add bread pieces and mix until well coated with masala (for 1 min).

Add fresh coriander and serve hot.
