Sweet Potato cream with ham&asparagus

Chop the asparagus thinly and fry it together with the ham until It gets crispy on the outside.

Chop the sweet potatos and boil them until softened

Mash the sweet potatoes and slowly add the cream and the olive oil while mashing.

Serve the sweet potato cream in a deep dish after letting It rest for 10 minutes

Sprinkle the ham and the asparagus on top of the sweet potato cream
- 6
