Ingredients

  • 1 kgMutton
  • 2 big sizedOnion
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbspRoasted gram flour
  • 1 tsp each cumin powder,garam masala powder,red chiili powder, coriander powder
  • as needed coriander leaves,mint leaves
  • as neededsalt,peprica powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Minced the mutton cubes.

  2. 2

    Add cumin powder,garam masala powder,red chiili powder,grated onion, coriander powder and coriander leaves,mint leaves,salt,peprica powder,ginger garlic paste,gram flour,mix well and stick this mixture on skewers and cook i tandoor till brownish.
