Ingredients

  1. 1 kgMutton
  2. 2 big sizedOnion
  3. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  4. 2 tbspRoasted gram flour
  5. 1 tsp each cumin powder,garam masala powder,red chiili powder, coriander powder
  6. as needed coriander leaves,mint leaves
  7. as neededsalt,peprica powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Minced the mutton cubes.

  2. 2

    Add cumin powder,garam masala powder,red chiili powder,grated onion, coriander powder and coriander leaves,mint leaves,salt,peprica powder,ginger garlic paste,gram flour,mix well and stick this mixture on skewers and cook i tandoor till brownish.
