Ingredients

  • 6brown bread
  • 1 tbspbutter
  • 2-3garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1onion finely chopped
  • 1tomato finely chopped
  • 1green chilli
  • SomeFresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/4 cupfinely chopped cabbage
  • 1small capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 tbspspring onion chopped
  • 1/4 cupfinely chopped carrot
  • 1 tbsppav bhaji masala or as per taste
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

10 mins.
  1. 1

    First cut bread pieces into squares.

    Heat butter in a pan,add garlic cloves stir for few seconds, add Onion and spring onion, stir for a min on low to medium heat add all finely chopped vegetables saute well add salt and cook covered for few minutes until soft.

    Add pav bhaji masala mix well, add bread pieces and mix until well coated with masala (for 1 min).

    Add fresh coriander and serve hot.
