Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspoil
  2. 1 tbspbutter
  3. 1/2 kgpotatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
  4. Salt and pepper
  5. 3onions, julienned
  6. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  7. 1green capsicum, julienned

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Slightly boil the potatoes in salted water. Allow the water to drain.

  2. 2

    Heat the butter and oil in a large deep frying pan until the butter is foaming. Add the onion and allow to brown.

  3. 3

    Add in te ginger garlic paste and let cook for a minute

  4. 4

    Add in the potatoes together with the capsicum and toss

  5. 5

    Serve
