Ingredients

  • 5-6light mangoes
  • 1/2-1 cupice
  • 6-7 tablespoonshoney
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 3-4 tablespoonswater

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the mangoes thoroughly. If they are young, you can blend them with the skin. If they are more mature, remove the seeds and skin, then add ice and a little water.

    Blend until smooth. Add honey and salt, and blend again. Done!
