Brown ugali - boil appropriate amount of water. Once boiled add your wimbi and maize flour mixture and stir well as wimbi makes the mixture a bit lumpy if not well mixed. Takes about 10 - 15 minutes more to cook than normal ugali.

Fried eggs - put oil in pan, once hot addchopped onions and saute, add number of eggs needed mix with your coriander and a pinch of salt stir and set aside

Mixed vegetables - put oil in pan, once hot add chopped onions and saute, add your choice of mixed vegetables and a pinch of salt stir and set aside
