Wash carrot and grate

In a pan dry roast khoya till it become light brown

Dry roast sesame till golden brown.when become cool make a powder in grinder

Now take a heavy bottom pan and add ghee and roast carrot till all juice of carrot absorbs.

Now transfer halwa in a plate.let it be cool,add sesame powder,khoya and powdered sugar and mix it well.

Make ladoos and coat it with coconut powder and garnish with cashew nuts.Enjoy
