Honey soy chicken wings and fried rice

Honey /soy sauce. Mix brown sugar, honey,soy sauce, vinegar, oil, sesame seeds, kepschup, sweet chilli sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper and 1 cup of water together.

Place chicken in a deep dish and pour the honey/soy sauce over it. Mix through. Place in a moderate hot oven and cook until your desired eating.

Boil your rice and then set aside once ready.

Cut and grate the vegetables and put aside.

Beat eggs and then cook in a fry pan in omelette fashion. Cool on plate and slice thinly.

Heat oil in wok. Once hot enough put in your diced and grated vegetables and steam cook for 2 mins. Then add soy sauce and allow to steam cook for another 5 mins.

Add rice to the wok with your vegetables and chicken stock and egg and stir/ toss until vegetables, rice are mixed through and chicken stock has evaporated away.

Then plate up. Add a little chicken marinade (honey soy) on top of your rice.
