Boiled Yam and Egg sauce

Peel, cut, wash and put yam into a pot. Add water and salt and cook until soft. Take off heat and drain.

For sauce.
Wash and cut vegetables.
Break eggs and whisk.
Heat pan when hot add oil. Pour in onions to fry a little. Add tomato and pepper. Season with Maggi, white pepper, onion and garlic powder. Stir and add fresh pepper. Check taste and add eggs. Allow eggs to set then stir and serve - 3
You can also eat sauce with rice or bread...
