Today we felt like having soup for lunch and decided on fish soup since my partner is a Galician allergic to shellfish 🤦♀️🤣🤣. The soup is made only with hake, but it turns out delicious.

Today we felt like having soup for lunch and decided on fish soup since my partner is a Galician allergic to shellfish 🤦♀️🤣🤣. The soup is made only with hake, but it turns out delicious.

Chop the onion and add it to a pot with a little olive oil. Sauté until it starts to soften.

After a few minutes, add the garlic chopped into small pieces and continue sautéing. When almost done, add the grated tomato and continue frying.

Cut the hake, season with salt, add it to the pot, and sauté for about 3 or 4 minutes.

Add water until the pot is half full. When it starts to boil, add the bouillon cube and salt to taste. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes, taste for salt, and add some noodles. Let it cook.

Boil an egg in advance, chop half into each bowl, and add the soup.
