Ingredients

  1. 640 gpastry
  2. 1Orange
  3. 411 gjar of fruit-mince
  4. 25 gicing sugar (plus extra for dusting)
  5. 1 tbspground cinnamon

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

  2. 2

    Divide the pastry into two equal pieces and roll them both out into a rectangle.

  3. 3

    Spread the fruit-mince over one sheet of pastry.

  4. 4

    Zest the orange and sprinkle the zest over the fruit-mince.

  5. 5

    Place the other sheet of pastry on top.

  6. 6

    Mix together the cinnamon and icingsugar, sprinkle over the pastry, and gently press it in.

  7. 7

    Slice into 14 strips and twist them starting from one end. Once you reach the middle, twist the other end the opposite direction.

  8. 8

    Bake for 18 minutes and allow to cool.

  9. 9

    Dust with icing sugar.
