Coconut cream Fruit custard
Steps

In a small bowl add custard powder and 1/4 cup cold milk. Mix well so that no lumps should remain. Keep aside.

Take a big bowl, add milk and sugar. Mix. Heat it on high flame stirring continuously. Boil it then switch off the flame.

Take it off the stove top. Add dissolved custard powder and mix well.

Keep the bowl on high flame. Stirring continuously bring custard to boil. Slow the flame and let it cook for 5-10 min. Switch off the flame.

Transfer custard to another bowl. Cover it with cling film. Cling film should touch the custard. Let it cool completely. Cover it and keep in the fridge for 3-4 hrs. Do not take out the cling film, it will prevent it from the thick layer (malai) which form on top of the custard.

Now take out the custard from the fridge. Take off the cling film. Mix it with a spoon.

Now add coconut whipped cream to the custard. Mix it using blender or a spoon.

Now add apples, grapes and tutti fruity. Mix gently.

Pour it in serving bowls. Serve chilled.
