Steps
- 1
Add suji, curd, baking powder, oil, salt in a bowl
Mix well
Add vegetables
Mix well
Cover and leave for 15 minutes - 2
After 15 minutes
Add some water in mixture and stir well - 3
Heat Appam utensil on medium heat
Grease it
Add mixture with spoon
Cover for 5-7 minutes on low medium flame....turn
Wait for 3-4 minutes
Appams are ready to eat
