Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kg spinach
  2. 200 gramspaneer
  3. 2chopped onions
  4. 1chopped tomato
  5. 2-3chopped green chillies
  6. 1 tspgarlic and ginger paste
  7. 3 tspghee
  8. 1/2garam masala and red chilli powder
  9. To tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the spinach and boil it

  2. 2

    Then grind it and make a puree

  3. 3

    Heat ghee in a kadhai add onion and saute it

  4. 4

    Then add tomato,green chillies and garlic, ginger paste and saute it.

  5. 5

    Add all spices and mix it.

  6. 6

    Add spinach puree and cook it 5 mins.

  7. 7

    Then add paneer.

  8. 8

    Now serve it.

U know..if u add salt while boiling palak and then after boiling it quickly wash it with cold water then your palak will remain green.
