  • 1/2 cupfrozen pineapple chunks
  • Halfa banana
  • 1 cupmilk
  • Topping
  • 1/2 cupmango and pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cupblueberrys
  • 1/4 cupcoconut flakes
  • 1/4 cupchia spiced granola

    Put the mango,pineapple, banana, and milk in a blender and mix for a minute.
