Ingredients

  • 1 bowlLeftovers aloo matar Subji
  • 1 tbspChopped carrots
  • 1 tbspChopped capsicum
  • 1 tbspChopped cabbage
  • 1/2 tbspCoriander leaves
  • 1/2 tbspChat masala
  • Pinchturmeric powder
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspPomegranate seed
  • 1 tspCorn flour
  • 1 tsprefined flour
  • 2 tbspBread crumbs
  • 3 tbspOil
  • 1/2 bowlMayo and tomato sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a one bowl,add left over aloo matar Subji.

    Bowl in which you have aloo matar Subji add vegetables and spices, mix all ingredients together.

    Take a silicon Ross shape mould. add a Subji mixture in it.then unmould the mixture you will get shape of rose tikki.

  4. 4

    Take a another bowl.add corn flour, mainda, water mix together and make smooth paste.

  5. 5

    Cot these tikki mainda and corn flour smooth paste.add them into breads crumbs.

    Heat the pan. Add the oil. Shallow fry the rose tikki.

  7. 7

    Place the rose tikki in a serving dish. Garnish with mayo deep, coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds.
