Take a one bowl,add left over aloo matar Subji.

Bowl in which you have aloo matar Subji add vegetables and spices, mix all ingredients together.

Take a silicon Ross shape mould. add a Subji mixture in it.then unmould the mixture you will get shape of rose tikki.

Take a another bowl.add corn flour, mainda, water mix together and make smooth paste.

Cot these tikki mainda and corn flour smooth paste.add them into breads crumbs.

Heat the pan. Add the oil. Shallow fry the rose tikki.
- 7
Place the rose tikki in a serving dish. Garnish with mayo deep, coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds.
