A unique receipe of a mixture of vegetable in the form of a curry to serve with rice..
Steps

Cut the brinjal in a cube. And then fry with the onions on a oil.after it's fried well, keep aside. Wash the palak and boil for 5min. And make it a smooth paste.

Grated half cup of pumpkin and onion.now mix the onion in the tomato puree and pumpkin.

Now heat the oil in a pan. Add tomato puree and pumpkin mixed with onion. Fry for 5min,now add the spices given along with ginger garlic paste. Fry for next 10 min or more till it's well cooked. Pour 1cup of water.make it a gravy.after wards add the fried brinjal over the top of the gravy and fry for next 5 min to bring it to a boil.add 2 tablespoon of food cream and salt as per taste and cook for nxt 5 min.

Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
