Steps

Chop all the vegetables.

Put some oil in a cooker. Now add the cumin seeds in it. Stir it.

Now add the chopped vegetables to it. Cook it.

Add some salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder to it. Mix well.

Now add the Dalia to it. Add water to it.

Cook it till 3 whistles.

Your dalia is ready. While serving you can squeeze some lemon on it to give it a tangy touch.
