Soak the rice for 15 min.

In a pressure cooker add oil and heat it add mustard and cumin seeds,then add sliced onions cook for 1 min.

Then add mix vegetables and green chilli paste.

Then add turmeric powder and salt mix well.

Then add soaked rice and 1 glass of water mix it and cover the lid and make 2 whistle.

Let it cool and then serve it in serving plate.
