Veggie daliya is very healthy dish full of fiber and protein. Can be use for tiffin, breakfast, lunch or light dinner.
Steps

Put cumin seeds in it and allow it to crackle.

Add chopped green chillies and vegetables(except tomato) fry for 2 minutes

Now put daliya in it and fry on medium flame for 2 more minutes.

Add tomatoes and mix well.

Now add salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder and mix it.

Put water and keep the lid on it.
- 7
Allow to whistle for 3-4 times on medium flame.

Your Veggie daliya is ready, serve hot.
