Steps

Clean all your vegetables n set aside.

In a frying pan or sufuria, add your kima n let it cook on low heat.

Note: It always has some water in it. Let that water drain.

Is it continue to simmer, be chopping your vegetables accordingly.

In another sufuria, add cooking oil n let it heat. Add onions, fry them till they turn brown. Add leeks n put some salt as u mix.

Add tomatoes n mix. Add chopped green pepper, garlic n ginger.

Once well done, Add tomato paste, beef cube n mix well. Add soy sauce then your minced meat. Mix them so well till everything bond. Add some little hot water to add some soup.

Simmer on low heat till almost ready. Add carrots n continue simmering.

In a separate bowl, add boiled hot water n salt n blanch your green beans n french beans for 10 mins. once ready, drain n add them on your minced meat. Give it a nice mix. Taste your seasoning n if ok put off the heat.

Add dhania, mix well then serve when ready with an accompaniment of your choice.
