Ingredients

  • 1 cupRice flour
  • 1 table spoonSuji
  • 2 table spoonMoida
  • 1 pinchBaking powder
  • 2 table spoonChopped onions
  • 1/2 teaspoonChopped green chilli
  • 1/2 teaspoonGinger kemaa
  • 1/2 teaspoonRosted jera powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonGaram masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonHaldi Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonBlack pepper powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 3 table spoonWhite oil

Steps

  1. 1

    First a bowl added dry ingredients and mix well.

  2. 2

    Then add onion, green chilli, ginger, coriander leaves and some water and mixing a smooth paste.

  3. 3

    Now keep a side a bowl and rest them 15 to 20 minute.

  4. 4

    After 15 minutes rice batter mixing.

  5. 5

    Now heat a fry pan add some oil and brush them, take a half cup of the batter and pour into the pan.

  6. 6

    Cook for just a few minutes on both sides to brown.

  7. 7

    When the edges become crispy you will know that the pancake is ready.

  8. 8

    Serve the pancake with tomato sauce, any type of chutney or your choice of veggies. Enjoy
