First a bowl added dry ingredients and mix well.

Then add onion, green chilli, ginger, coriander leaves and some water and mixing a smooth paste.

Now keep a side a bowl and rest them 15 to 20 minute.

After 15 minutes rice batter mixing.

Now heat a fry pan add some oil and brush them, take a half cup of the batter and pour into the pan.

Cook for just a few minutes on both sides to brown.

When the edges become crispy you will know that the pancake is ready.

Serve the pancake with tomato sauce, any type of chutney or your choice of veggies. Enjoy
