Mix flour, gram flour (besan), dried fenugreek, ginger and fresh fenugreek in a bowl. Stir well and add curd and water to knead it into a soft dough.

Then prepare small balls from the dough and roll them into thin circles. Then take a tawa and heat it on medium flame. Grease it with ghee or oil and cook the Thepla recipe on tawa. Cook from both sides till it turns golden
