4 ozButter
6 ozSugar
8 ozFlour
2 tbsMilk
1 tspBaking Power
2Eggs

Dead Easy just mix all the ingredients together ensuring the bannas are all mashed up in the other ingredients.

Bake in a greased bread tin Gas Mark 4 for 60 minutes.

Test with a knitting needle that the middle is cooked before turning out onto a wire tray.
