Ingredients

  1. 2 kglamb roast
  2. 3garlic cloves
  3. fresh rosemary

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 180°c
    150°c fan forced

  2. 2

    Put cut marks (2 or 3 cms deep) in lamb deep enough to hold half a garlic clove and fresh rosemary.
    Fresh thyme can also be added to each hole.

  3. 3

    Cook lamb for 25 mins per 500g of roast for medium. Add or subtract 5-10 mins for rare or well done
