Take a bowl add wheat flour, curd, crushed peanuts, Onion, potato and green chilli.

Now add red chilli powder coriander powder crushed dry red chilli and black pepper powder. Add garam masala also. Mix it well.

Now add water in small batches and stir continuously to avoid lumps. Add salt and mix it well.

Cover the batter for 10 minutes. Meanwhile grease a cake tin. Also boil 2 glasses water in a vessel.

After 10 minutes whisk the batter once. Now add eno and mix it well but do not over mix.

Now pour the batter in greased cake tin and tap it twice. Put it in boiling water carefully.

Cover the vessel and cook it for 35 minutes. After the 35 minutes insert a knife. If it comes out clean it means your dhokla is Cooked. If not then cook for some more time.

Now take out the tin carefully and allow it to cool.

Once cake tin cooled down take out the dhokla with a knife. Cut it.

Now heat a tadka pan and add oil in it.

Add mustard seeds and asafoetida in it.

When mustard seeds starts crackling add curry leaves and green chilli in it. Saute for 1 minute and then turn off the flame. Your tadka is ready.

Pour this tadka on the dhokla. Sprinkle grated coconut also.
