Chop the jalapeño, tomato, and onion. Once ready, add a little oil to a pot. When the oil is hot, add the vegetables, then add the pepper, chicken bouillon, and a little water. Once the water is boiling, add the salsa del pato and let it heat for about 5 minutes.

Fry the tortillas in oil (I like them crispy like tostadas) and add a little salt.

Finally, cook the eggs sunny-side up with a little salt. Place the fried tortilla on a plate, put the egg on top, and then cover with the sauce.
