Ingredients

Overnight

1 serving

1/2 cupold-fashioned oats (about 40 grams)
1 tablespoonchia seeds
1 tablespooncold-milled golden flaxseed
1 tablespoonhemp seeds
1 cupfresh orange juice (about 240 ml)
For topping
1/2mango (such as Ataulfo or similar)
1/2 slicepineapple
1/2passion fruit
1 teaspoonshredded coconut

Overnight

The night before, combine the first 5 ingredients in a jar and refrigerate.

The next morning, dice the mango and pineapple. Scoop out the pulp from half a passion fruit.

Pour the prepared oats into a bowl. Add the toppings. Enjoy your tropical escape.
