Steps

Soak channe for 4~5. Hours

Put the channe into cooker add bay leaf,cloves,dalchinni stick,tea bag, dry chilli and water as required

Pressure cook for 3 whistles and then lower the flame and cook till done

In a pan add oil, chopped green chilli and ginger garlic paste

Saute for a min

Add onion and saute till golden brown

Add tomato puree and seasonings

Add 1/4th cup water and let the masala cook for 4 ~5 min

Then add cooked channe and mix well add little water and cook for more 5 miN

In another pan add 1 tsp of oil, ginger julliens and green chilli slits of 3 or 4 lightly saute this and put this on channe garnish with coriander

In a bowl add all the ingredients of bhatura and water as required to make a dough

Make a dough and rest for 1 hour

Heat the oil and make bhautre

Serve chole bhature and enjoy....
