  2. Bell pepper
  3. Onion
  4. Salt
  5. Scotch bonnet

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash ur beans vry well and remove the back

  2. 2

    Wash bell pepper wit onion and scotch bonnet well

  3. 3

    Add to the beans and blend until smooth

  4. 4

    Beat the beans mixture vry well to incorporate air..add salt

  5. 5

    Fry on medium heat until golden brown
