Ingredients

  1. 80 gWhite chocolate
  2. 40 gfresh cream
  3. 10 gunsalted butter
  4. 2 teaspoonmatcha powder
  5. 50 gsteamed Azuki beans (1 pack)

Steps

  1. 1

    Ingredients. This is steamed Azuki beans. It’s cooked a little sweet. You can use any boiled and sweet beans.

    Heat fresh cream and butter, then mix matcha powder.

    Put chocolate in cream mixture and melt and mix. I put the dish in hot water in big bowl.

    Put Azuki beans and mix.

    Spread oven-paper in small box and put matcha chocolate in it. And keep in refrigerator overnight.

    Cut into cube and powder matcha
