Ingredients

  1. 2chicken breasts
  2. 1/4 cupvinegar (60 ml)
  3. 1/4 cupvegetable oil (60 ml)
  4. 1 tablespoonshawarma spice mix
  5. 1 tablespoonsalt
  6. 1 tablespoongarlic powder
  7. chicken seasoning
  8. 5cardamom pods
  9. lemon zest
  10. flatbread (such as naan or your preferred type)
  11. garlic
  12. pickles
  13. mayonnaise
  14. tomato
  15. radish

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and place them in a bowl with the spices. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

  2. 2

    Heat a skillet and cook the chicken, stirring, until fully cooked.

  3. 3

    Spread mayonnaise and garlic on the flatbread, then add the chicken and pickles.

  4. 4

    Roll up the sandwich and garnish with radish, tomato, and mint leaves.
