Ingredients

  1. 1/2 lbbutter
  2. 3/4 cupcastor sugar
  3. 2 tblscocoa
  4. 2 cupscoconut
  5. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  6. 2&1/2 -3 cups flour (as required)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream butter and sugar

  2. 2

    Add coconut and mix

  3. 3

    Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture

  4. 4

    Flatten on a baking tray

  5. 5

    Prick with fork to make waves

  6. 6

    Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes

  7. 7

    After removing from oven melt spread melted chocolate over.
