Break the dry phyllo pastry into small pieces. Toast them in butter in two or three batches. Transfer to a baking dish and mix with the nuts, shredded coconut, and raisins.

Heat the milk and sweeten it with the sugar and 1 tablespoon of butter. When it comes to a boil, pour it over the phyllo mixture.

Whip the packet of whipped cream powder with a little milk until thick. Spread it over the top of the baking dish and add pieces of heavy cream on top.

Let the dish sit for 10 minutes, then bake in the oven until the top is golden, about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve warm. Enjoy!
