100 gmsuji
As required water
to tasteSalt
1 bowlthick curd
As neededsweet chutney
As neededmint chutney
1 tspjeera powder
1 tspchat masala
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1 tspchopped green coriander
Oil for fry

Steps

1

Add water,suji in a wok and cook till dough consistency.

Knead the dough and make balls
3

Heat oil in a wok deep fry the balls
4

Place fried balls in a serving plate,add curd,sprinkle chat masala,salt,chilli powder,jeera powder,both chutney
5

Garnish with green coriander and serve it
