Jowar Beetroot Phirni

#milk - Why not make a phirni with a difference? Shun the usual rice and prepare in a different avatar. Just add powdered jowar and beetroot puree to the milk to make this healthy and yummy phirni. It is very easy and simple to make and I am sure it will be very much appreciated. So relish this phirni, chilled, just as it is or with poori / paratha. Bon Appetit!!
