Take a bowl add whole wheat flour, fennel seeds, powder sugar, cardamom powder, rose essence, dessicated coconut, some water and pinch of baking soda and powder and make a smooth and fluffy batter.

Allow it rest for 10 minutes.

Now heat a pan on low flame and brush with butter.

Scoop a ladle of batter and pour it in pan.

And fry it both side till light brown.

And serve it hot with honey or rose syrup.
