Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium-sized pieces. Boil with a little salt until cooked. Drain and mash while hot.
Cut the cheese into cubes about 1.5-2 cm.
Finely chop the shallots, sauté until fragrant, then add the ground meat and stir-fry with a little seasoning powder, pepper, and salt.
Mix the cooked meat with the mashed potatoes until well combined.

Flatten the mashed potato mixture, place a cheese cube in the center, and roll into a ball.

Coat the potato balls in flour, then beaten egg, and finally breadcrumbs before placing them in hot oil.

Fry the potato balls until golden brown and beautifully colored.

Remove and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.

Arrange on a plate. Serve with ketchup, chili sauce, or a 1:1 mixture of ketchup and mayonnaise as desired.
