Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2large potatoes (or 4 medium potatoes)
  2. 1.8 ozground meat (about 50 grams)
  3. 1.8 ozall-purpose flour (about 50 grams)
  4. 3.5 ozbreadcrumbs (about 100 grams)
  5. 1.8 ozcheese (about 50 grams)
  6. 1egg
  7. Shallots, salt, seasoning powder, pepper

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium-sized pieces. Boil with a little salt until cooked. Drain and mash while hot.

    Cut the cheese into cubes about 1.5-2 cm.

    Finely chop the shallots, sauté until fragrant, then add the ground meat and stir-fry with a little seasoning powder, pepper, and salt.

    Mix the cooked meat with the mashed potatoes until well combined.

    Flatten the mashed potato mixture, place a cheese cube in the center, and roll into a ball.

    Coat the potato balls in flour, then beaten egg, and finally breadcrumbs before placing them in hot oil.

    Fry the potato balls until golden brown and beautifully colored.

    Remove and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.

    Arrange on a plate. Serve with ketchup, chili sauce, or a 1:1 mixture of ketchup and mayonnaise as desired.

Mình sinh năm 1983. Hiện kinh doanh Tinh dầu. Sau 6 năm lấy chồng đến nay mình mới biết nấu ăn món nọ món kia. Mọi người trong nhà mình, chồng mình đều không ngờ rằng mình có khả năng nấu ăn. Mình luôn đóng vai phụ nhặt rau, rửa rau,... hoặc làm các món ăn đơn giản nhất quả đất :). Vậy mà giờ đây chồng mình phải ngạc nhiên, các con thì luôn mong chiều về mẹ sẽ làm món gì đó và bản thân mình cũng thấy lạ là có công thức thì gì mình cũng làm được (yêu thời google, youtube, fb quá cơ). Có món mình làm 1 lần chưa hẳn thành công nhưng lại rút ra được kinh nghiệm cho lần sau... Đam mê nấu nướng ngày một lớn dần trong mình. Hy vọng mình sẽ góp phần nào đó giúp tạo cảm hứng cho bếp nhà các gia đình luôn đỏ lửa!
