Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2 sliceslamb or beef meat for each one the slices
  2. flour
  3. Needle and thread
  4. fot the filling
  5. 2 cupsrice
  6. Spices as desired for the rice inside
  7. 1lemon juice
  8. clovessmashed garlic
  9. coriander
  10. for the sauce
  11. 2 clovesgarlic
  12. 25 gbutter
  13. 2-3table s of flour
  14. for cooking
  15. butter
  16. water
  17. Laurel paper
  18. sticksCinnamon

Steps

  1. 1

    The filling: mix the rice with spices(i would like to use Salt Pepper Curry Mint Cumin) add the lemon juice the smashed garlic cloves and a pinch of coriander

  2. 2

    The meat: It is preferable to take the slices from the side of the lamb/beef, first smash them with a hummer a little bit, but the rice mix inside one meat slice and cover it with another one and using the needle and the thread sewing the meat slices to each other and you'll get such a thing.

    Put the meatballs you made in the flour، and fry them on the butter or oil for 3-4 min.s for each side

    After firing the meat but them in a big water cooking pot with the laurel paper and the cinnamon sticks, and let them cook well.

  5. 5

    In the meantime make your sauce mixing flour with melted butter and smashed garlic cloves.
