Peel core and chop apples into small cubes

Take a pan, add water sugar Cinnamon and apples. If you are going to use this sauce for baking purposes, then it's best to skip sugar. If you add sugar to sauce then you will end up adjusting sugar content for baking product

Boil it and allow it to cook on low to medium flame for 15-20 minutes until Apple has become very soft

Using potato masher or back of big round laddle mash it well

Cool it, store it in airtight container and refrigerate it. You can keep it for 2 weeks
