  1. 5large potatoes
  2. 2tomatoes
  3. 1onion
  4. 1green pepper
  5. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes, boil for 5 min,set aside. In

    In a pan heat oil,fry onion, add tomatoes plus green pepper, allow it cook,add in the potatoes, mix, cover,let it cook again.season with salt and any spice you like,mine l used royco cube,enjoy.
