Heat oil add clove, cardamoms, cinnamons, peppercorns once they puff up add ginger, garlic,green chilli paste

Saute for a minute add red chilli,coriander, cumin,turmeric and salt saute 30 seconds

Now add masala paste cook on medium flame till masala becomes dry and oil comes out

Add boiled eggs mix well simmer 2 minutes then add water as required boil

Simmer 5 minute garnish with coriander leaves serve with rice roti paratha take care jazak allah khair
