12 servings

4 cupsraw groundnuts
2and a half cups of white sugar
1 cupwater

Clean the groundnuts thoroughly.

Add sugar and water to a large pot and put to boil until the sugar completely dissolves
3

Add the nuts to the sugar syrup and keep turning until the sugar dries and starts to crystallise turn it out to a dry tray and enjoy
